Sometimes your backyard is the source of life's greatest pleasures. That's where fragrant hops grow and local honey is found. And that's where we crack open a few bars with friends.

Hops and Clover Honey is a go-to homebrew, welcome at any barbecue.

Many of the ingredients are grown across the world but their flavors are familiar to the people in the Pacific Northwest. We encourage you to taste the chocolate and reflect on your own experiences or imagine what memories you might make here. Would you hike in the forests on the steep slopes of Mt. Rainier? Drink coffee in a café window and watch the rain? Kayak with friends and share a beer on the lake? These are the moments that inspired us.

Ingredients:  Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla flavoring), clover honey, hops.
