Chocolate and Cheese Bites

Here is a smart and creative appetizer to add to your table this year! Here our Rosemary spiced bar shines with blueberries, hazelnuts, and parmigiana cheese. It takes a little practice but soon you will be serving these unique tasty treats to your favorite people.

Ingredients:

  • (2) or 5 ounces Rosemary Spiced Bars, melted and tempered
  • 1/4 cup of each: roasted hazelnuts, blueberries, and parmigiana cheese
Directions:
  1. In three small bowls, place toppings so they are ready to go.
  2. Chop chocolate bars, melt, and temper. See pro tips for temper instructions.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Working fast and using a small spoon, make small circles out of chocolate.
  5. After each chocolate disk is made, add one of each topping.
  6. Let bites sit on the counter top for a few hours or until set.
  7. Serve the same day.
