Truffle Bars

The Truffle Bar is easy to serve as dessert, perfect for Do-It-Yourself wine and chocolate pairings, and great for sharing with friends.

Refrigerate and Enjoy Soon - Chocolate ganache is made with cream, resulting in semi-soft delectable aromatic and ephemeral delight. The cream makes the truffles perishable and they should be kept refrigerated. Similar to how you care for cheese, it's ok if they remain out for a day, but longer will dry the truffles out. Please enjoy by the date on the label!

Truffle Bars are 2.5oz, sliceable chocolate

Ingredients: Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, soy lecithin), cream (milk), flavors (as described in the truffle name). 

Allergens: cream (milk), soy (soy lecithin)

FYI: Jamaican Hot Chocolate is the chef's original creation, containing honey, dark rum, nutmeg, vanilla bean, and habanero chili.
