Recipe: Chocolate Ganache with Goat Cheese
Here is an instant appetizer that will have your guests wanting more! Our basil truffle bar works so well with creamy & tangy goat cheese and is topped with balsamic vinegar for a well rounded bite every time. This recipe is flexible; amounts of ingredients are up to you.
Ingredients:
Baguette
Goat Cheese, plain
Fresh basil, chopped
Intrigue Basil Truffle Bar (seasonally offered)
Balsamic Vinegar 
Directions:
Place basil truffle from the fridge to the counter so it can soften a little. 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Thinly slice bread and place on a sheet tray or cookie sheet
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt 
Bake for about five minutes on each side depending on your oven. You want to see a golden brown edge around your slices, like little pieces of toast.
Let your toasts cool.
While they are cooling,  you can slice your truffle. 
Time to build:
Spread goat cheese on each toast, we used about 2 teaspoons.
Sprinkle some basil
Add a slice of truffle
Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar
