Jamaican Hot Chocolate (dark rum, honey, nutmeg, vanilla bean, habañero chili)
Orange & Fennel (orange peel, fennel seed)
Coriander & Honey (coriander seed, honey)
Fernet Branca (Fernet Branca liqueur)
Fenugreek (fenugreek seed)
Lavender Jalapeno (lavender flower, jalapeño)
Scotch Whiskey (scotch whisky liqueur)
Lapsang Souchong (lapsang souchong black tea)
Cardamom & Honey (cardamom seed, honey)
Pineapple & Chili (pineapple, pequin chilis)
Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmigiano cheese)
Chocolate ganache made with cream is perishable and should be kept refrigerated (similar to how you care for cheese - it's ok if they remain out for a while, but long term will dry the truffles out). Truffles will be fresh for one month after you receive them.

Ingredients: Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, soy lecithin), Cream (milk), flavors (as described in the truffle name).
