Recipe: Lavender Froyo
This delicious and creamy frozen yogurt has a short list of ingredients and is packed with flavor. Mixing in chopped lavender, coffee and long pepper chocolate was the perfect pair for this one. It even has a spicy kick at the end.

Ingredients:
    1/2 cup lavender cocoa mix
    1/2 cup whole milk
    1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain
    Pinch of salt
    2 ounces chopped lavender long pepper bar


Directions:
  • In a small saucepan heat milk until simmering along the edge.
  • Add cocoa mix and stir until combined and sugar has melted.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, add chocolate mixture, greek yogurt and salt. Stir to combine with a whisk.
  • Place in the fridge to cool for at least four hours.
  • Pour into your ice cream machine and follow your machine's instructions for timing.
  • Add chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
  • Pour into an ice cream container and freeze overnight.
  • Once frozen, it will be very hard and will need to defrost for about 20 minutes for maximum enjoyment.
