This delicious and creamy frozen yogurt has a short list of ingredients and is packed with flavor. Mixing in chopped lavender, coffee and long pepper chocolate was the perfect pair for this one. It even has a spicy kick at the end.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup lavender cocoa mix 1/2 cup whole milk 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain Pinch of salt 2 ounces chopped lavender long pepper bar
In a small saucepan heat milk until simmering along the edge.
Add cocoa mix and stir until combined and sugar has melted.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a medium size mixing bowl, add chocolate mixture, greek yogurt and salt. Stir to combine with a whisk.
Place in the fridge to cool for at least four hours.
Pour into your ice cream machine and follow your machine's instructions for timing.
Add chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
Pour into an ice cream container and freeze overnight.
Once frozen, it will be very hard and will need to defrost for about 20 minutes for maximum enjoyment.
