This is not your basic pumpkin spiced latte.
But fall is certainly here! Let us share with you an exquisite treat: the Nutmeg & Chili spiced mocha. Deep notes of coffee dance with the earthiness of the cocoa and nutmeg, and the heat of the habanero chili. Here's how you can make this at home:
2 teaspoons of Nutmeg & Chili Cocoa Mix
2 shots of espresso. (This also works with cold brew concentrate, or with drip... more intense coffee is better here.)
4 ounces of hot milk or alternative
* Top with whip cream for that extra sweet touch!
Add your cocoa to the mug first. Then add your espresso or coffee - just enough to stir into the cocoa to turn it into "mud". Then add your milk and stir. You'll find the mud dissolves quickly with the milk or alternative. Add whip if so desired. :)
