Dark Chocolate Pots de Crème

This creamy, rich and delectable dessert is inspired by Pots de Crème. This silky dark chocolate experience is packed with flavor because the chocolate is so dense, rich, and thick without being overly sweet. Add some garnish for presentation and you have a delectable desert to share.

Our no fail recipe has only two ingredients!

8 ounces Intrigue's Sipping Chocolate
8 ounces heavy whipping cream

Place sipping chocolate and heavy whipping cream in a double boiler
While stirring constantly, slowly melt until incorporated.
Pour into containers, cool at room temperature for an hour and serve.
If your crème isn't set, place in fridge for 10 minutes.
