Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding serves 2
1/4 cup sipping chocolate
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt
In a small saucepan, add sipping chocolate and milk.
Place the pan over medium heat- continually stir mixture until chocolate and sugar has melted. Set aside to cool.
Pour chocolate into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.
When the chocolate mixture has cooled, add chia seed and yogurt. Mix until combined.
Pour mixture into serving vessels and place in fridge for at least four hours and up to 3 days.
Add any toppings you like. Fresh fruit is a clear winner binging some sweetness to the rich pudding.
