Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding
This "not so sweet" Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding is a winning solution to your late night chocolate cravings. Using our sipping chocolate creates a creamy and rich pudding Add any toppings you like; we like fresh 🍓  and roasted almonds.

Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding
serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup sipping chocolate
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup greek plain yogurt

Directions:
  • In a small saucepan, add sipping chocolate and milk.
  • Place the pan over medium heat- continually stir mixture until chocolate and sugar has melted. Set aside to cool.
  • Pour chocolate into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.
  • When the chocolate mixture has cooled, add chia seed and yogurt. Mix until combined.
  • Pour mixture into serving vessels and place in fridge for at least four hours and up to 3 days.
  • Add any toppings you like. Fresh fruit is a clear winner binging some sweetness to the rich pudding.

Pro-tip:
Get creative with toppings: roasted nuts, chocolate shavings, or fresh fruit.
