• In the Know - What's Happening at Intrigue Chocolate

    We're back from vacation. Boy-o-boy, what a lot of fun the Northwest mountains can be. The rain was manageable, the lightening was amazing, and lake was gorgeous.

    And now we're making truffles! It's been awesome to see so many of you coming up to the shop to visit and talk chocolate recently. That also means our inventory of truffles is a little low, though. We're catching up this week for assortment boxes, and have lot's of truffle bars and cocoas ready to go.

    For this Thursday's open house from 6pm to 8pm we're demonstrating cold brew coffee technique. We've started making cold brews to serve to the coffee tours that come by during the day, and we've learned a few things along the way. Come by to try for yourself the differences between different cold brews and a french press cup-o-joe.

    Next week on Friday we'll be at Sunset Supper. It looks like tickets are sold out a the moment, so if you already have yours we'll see you there!
