Vanilla beans and locally-harvested sea salt are milled along with the cacao nibs and sugar, so the flavors are fully infused throughout the chocolate. This bar has been described as tasting like marshmallows, chocolate cream pie, and a classic French meringue.
Intrigue’s craft chocolate is minimally processed and hand formed, made on a stone mill right in our shop.
