These cacao beans were gathered from over 500 smallholder farms, blended and fermented in eucalyptus-timber boxes. This origin yields deep kettle-drum notes of chocolate and dried plum, with hints of violets and Scotch-whiskey-barrel.

78% FLAVOR NOTES
These cacao beans yield a deep chocolatiness, with hints of sesame, earth, burnt coffee, and whiskey barrel. This is balanced by a surprising white peach and grapefruit peel fruitiness.

Intrigue’s craft chocolate is minimally processed and hand formed, made on a stone mill right in our shop.
