The light-roast coffee beans are milled with the cacao nibs and sugar for a full day, making this chocolate smooth and highly caffeinated. This bar has notes of very ripe pear, caramel latte, Hawaiian shave ice, and hints of gardenia.
Intrigue’s craft chocolate is minimally processed and hand formed, made on a stone mill right in our shop.
