Kristy Leissle, the "Dr. Chocolate" and professor at University of Washington, published a very touching and eloquent article describing Aaron's process of flavor innovation and experimentation. Flattering to say the least! (We had a good chuckle with Aaron being described as "Santa-like". ::grin:: )
