Jesse Nelson from Conduit Coffee joined us for a coffee and chocolate pairing event last night. He brewed up the "Studio Style" darker roast and three lighter, single origins (two from Guatemala and one from Bolivia). We paired the roasts with chocolate, and then tasted chocolate made with the same beans. It's amazing how much flavor from the roast comes through in dark chocolate.
