Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee

We take coffee beans that have been aged in a whiskey barrel by Queen Anne Roasters and mill them into our Uganda origin chocolate. The whiskey aroma is sweet and warm, described by tasters as the smell of first opening a whiskey bottle. We chose the Uganda origin for this as a base to best compliment the toasty roasted notes of the coffee. This is a medium-heavy bodied chocolate. And even though it has coffee in it already, we recommend enjoying with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Note that this bar has caffeine!

Craft chocolate is minimally processed, hand formed, and tempered chocolate made from the bean.
